The Senior Wing Girls’ NCC (Army Wing) affiliated to the 8 Assam Battalion NCC of Nowgong Girls’ College has a cadet strength of 25 members. The NCC provides opportunities to the girl students of the College for their all-round development with a sense of duty, commitment, dedication, discipline and moral values so that they become able leaders and useful citizens. NCC Cadets have reservation in many Government jobs, especially in the State and Central Police and in paramilitary forces. NCC cadets have a lot of academic incentives. NGC has dedicated office space and facilities for its NCC unit.
