Vocational courses are training-based courses that aim at preparing students for a particular career, skill, or trade. The University Grants Commission approved 4 vocational courses under the National Skills Qualification Framework (NSQF) scheme for Nowgong Girls’ College. The courses have been managed by different departments of the College with due permission of the Gauhati University. The syllabi of the course have been approved by the Gauhati University. Sri Ranjit Barua, Assistant Professor & Coordinator IQAC and Sri Binod Goswami, Assistant Professor & Coordinator ICGC are the Coordinator and Assistant Coordinator of the Vocational Programme respectively.
